Key Responsibilities Mainframe Modernization & AI Integration:

• Provide deep technical expertise in mainframe systems and lead large-scale AI-assisted modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance intelligent agent capabilities for automated business rule extraction, code analysis, and transformation of legacy mainframe applications.
• Support end-to-end modernization lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, AI-driven code conversion, validation, and production cutover.
• Analyze and identify complex edge cases, legacy data formats, job scheduling dependencies, and embedded business logic specific to mainframe environments.
