**Description:**
You will be the Maintainability Engineering Sr. for the Air Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) – Increment 2 team. Our team is responsible for delivering world class Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability (RAMT) services that ensure the weapon system meets stringent performance and schedule goals throughout development and test.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Maintainability Engineering Sr., you will drive RAMT planning and execution for ARRW Increment 2. You’ll partner closely with design engineers, suppliers, program managers, and customers to embed reliability and testability into the hardware from concept through production.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Develop and validate reliability predictions for mechanical and electrical designs using WQS/Relex or approved methods.
•Lead Built In Test (BIT) strategy: analysis, implementation, and verification across the system.
