Maintenance and Controls Group Leader
Job Description
The Maintenance and Controls Group Leader is responsible for leading maintenance and automation teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and automated systems. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, supports operational continuity, and drives the implementation of control and automation solutions in alignment with GMS standards.
The position operates under a rotating 4x3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and requires coordination with operations, quality, and engineering teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of hourly employees, ensuring effective performance, development, and engagement.
Ensure equipment maintainability through preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Diagnose and resolve failures in automated systems, production lines, and control systems
