Maintenance and Reliability

Job Description: 1. Line management responsible for Maintenance (Mechanical, E&I, Warehouse) team members 2. Implement and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance programs 3. Manage with maintenance planners/schedulers on optimized work plans. 4. Ensure all works carried out by Maintenance team conform to the required Safety standards and Procedures, eg PTW compliance, Risk assessment, MOC compliance, etc. 5. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions. 6. Own and manage key reliability KPIs (not limiting), including: . MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) . MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) . OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) . Unplanned downtime reduction metrics 7. Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance 8. Analyze maintenance and equipment data to identify performance trends, chronic failure modes, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. 9.
