Summary: The Maintenance Apprentice will obtain experience and knowledge of Industrial Maintenance at a food manufacturing plant. Apprentice time will be split between dedicated training, various general labor tasks, and assisting the Maintenance Team with whatever tasks are required. Training involves theoretical review, hands on learnings with experienced maintenance technicians, trainer and trainee assessments, documentation of trainings, and periodic reviews.
