The Maintenance Assistant will support the maintenance department in ensuring that all buildings, facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks around the property
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment

Preventative Maintenance
