You, as a Maintenance Assistant, will:
Respond to planned and reactive maintenance requests and rectify issues within your skill set and experience in a timely manner

Escalate unrectified tasks to proper resources

Carry out interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation, sanding, patching, priming, and applying finish coats

May be required to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to small equipment repairs, plumbing repairs, and fire life safety inspections

Perform other tasks such as obtaining/receiving materials, painting, trash collection, snow removal, moving and installing furniture and equipment

Assist other team members with maintenance and projects requests as required

Operate an electronic handheld device and maintenance software for performing and recording work requests
