Maintenance Coordinator

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW The Maintenance Coordinator is a vital operational support role responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative execution of our global ISO container maintenance.

Reporting directly to the Operations & Technical Manager, this role acts as the administrative backbone of the technical department. He/She will manage the daily tracking of the maintenance plan, ensure spare parts reach our global workshops on time, manage critical compliance documentation, oversee the end‑to‑end insurance claims process, and support contract reviews.

His/Her primary mission is to handle all operational, administrative, financial and compliance‑related hurdles so the technical leadership and execution teams (workshops) can focus purely on engineering and physical maintenance.
