Maintenance Coordinator

This position consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, scheduled Wednesday through Saturday. Hours: WedsFri: 11:00 AM 9:30 PM Saturday: Either 6:00 AM 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM 7:30 PM (business need dependent) The Maintenance Coordinator supports the maintenance team by helping ensure fleet equipment remains safe, operational, and available to meet business demands. This role is responsible for coordinating emergency roadside repair activities for a fleet of trucks while minimizing equipment downtime and supporting drivers in the field. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for breakdown and repair situations, communicating critical information to maintenance personnel to expedite repairs and reduce downtime. Coordinate emergency roadside service providers and monitor repair progress through completion. Ensure all repair-related documentation and invoices are obtained and submitted in a timely manner.
