**Maintenance Engineer**
Location: Lichfield, Birmingham area, UK
Reports to: Facilities Lead
Contract type: Permanent, day shift (8:00-16:30)
**Your Role & Team in a Nutshell**
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for **maintaining** both our **packaging machinery and the wider warehouse infrastructure** at our Distribution & Packaging Centre in Fradley Park (Lichfield). You’ll ensure the smooth operation of five high-performance packaging machines while also supporting the upkeep of the building’s systems and facilities. You’ll be part of a dedicated facilities team, supporting operations through proactive maintenance, rapid response to breakdowns, and involvement in project work. You’ll collaborate closely with Facilities Manager, internal teams and external contractors.
