Maintenance Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY- The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production assembly lines.
His role plays a key part in sustaining production quality, improving processes, and ensuring the long‐term reliability of equipment and machinery.RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and tools used in production.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, thermal, and instrumentation issues in HVAC production lines and related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC production machinery, tools, and facility equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data; prepare detailed reports for management as required.
