Maintenance Engineering Specialist - Refinery Experience Only (Neuquén)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence. MSD is responsible for providing specialized and timely maintenance engineering support to Global Manufacturing operating facilities. The primary role is to provide technical expertise in the development, launching, and assessment of various maintenance programs, processes, procedures and best practices for these facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance processes, maintenance management strategy, work and performance management strategy, and conduct maintenance health assessment in line with GME and corporate requirements (including PM and PdM strategies, organization structures, manpower analysis, cost analysis).
