SUMMARY:
Take ownership of maintenance operations within a manufacturing plant and lead technical teams to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency. POSITION INFO:
An established manufacturing environment is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Foreman to supervise maintenance teams, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure plant equipment operates efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance planning, staff supervision, project coordination, and ensuring adherence to company maintenance standards and procedures. Education:

• Qualified Artisan
• Matric / Grade 12
• Maintenance Management qualification advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Previous maintenance supervision experience
• Strong maintenance planning and coordination ability
