You will be responsible for conducting a wide range of maintenance, repair and refurbishment tasks on both joinery and fabric elements. This dual role requires versatility, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
This is a site-based opportunity located in Castle Donington, Derbyshire , offering a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with a national facilities management organisation.
Package:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
