Maintenance Joiner/Handyman

YMCA Robin Hood Group provides temporary housing for vulnerable adults in a network of transitional homes across Nottingham and the surrounding area.We are looking for a Joiner/Handyperson to join our Maintenance Team to undertake a range of carpentry, joinery and maintenance tasks for our pinnacle grade two listed building.Whilst you will be based in Nottingham, Shakespeare Street, there may be times you may be required to travel to other locations across Nottinghamshire when required to support.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking a range of carpentry, joinery tasks such as flooring, skirting boards, architraves, stud walls, kitchen units.
• Carrying out repairs and general maintenance, preventative and planned.
• When required, undertaking a range of other maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting.
• Undertaking room renovations including decoration, floor coverings.
