Maintenance Leader

Role Summary
We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician for our facility.
This role will be responsible for understanding role responsibilities and supporting the manufacturing and facility operations through the competent execution of general maintenance activities.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Complete all assigned safety training on time and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Use knowledge of Safety Data Sheets for proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Make certain that all disposal drums and containers are properly labeled.
Daily inspection of chip hoppers at each machine and dump in proper recycle container (brass, aluminum, steel) as required.
Manage and properly dispose of all shop floor cardboard, trash, and crates on a daily basis.
Regularly check all oily rag and sorbent drums throughout shop and properly dispose of as required.
