Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and permit-to-work procedures. Independently complete Risk Assessments, Method Statements, maintenance reports, and other HSE documentation. Manage and coordinate maintenance teams, including supervisors, artisans, technicians, and subcontractors. Prepare and submit daily maintenance and progress reports, ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, maintenance schedules, and equipment manuals. Plan, schedule, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with engineering, HSE, and project management teams to resolve technical issues, breakdowns, or operational constraints.
