Maintenance Manager

Overview

Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the plant to ensure that people safety standards, food safety standards, equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working condition. This role involves managing and developing a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, developing and implementing maintenance procedures and processes, implementing and continually developing the CMMS, managing spare parts and inventories, and coordinating with other departments to support production efficiency and ensure the safety of the people and equipment is always well maintained. The maintenance manager is accountable to manage their department budget as per plant budgetary guidelines and will be responsible for supporting implementation of capital related project.
