Maintenance Manager

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations and processes of the company's facilities.
Ensuring that all activities are completed effectively, safely and on schedule.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
- Schedule and assign work orders as well as proactive maintenance tasks
- Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Supervise and manage employees of the maintenance department
- Identify and implement proactive strategies that ensures efficient operations, in preventive, predictive, reactive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and tools through timely inspection and repair
- Ensure all maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations and ISO, SOP's, HACCP, OSHA and GMP standards
