Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Maintenance Operative / Facilities Technician to join our friendly and supportive Community team. This role is essential in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, clean, well‑maintained and welcoming living environment at all times.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair and health & safety duties across the property, while delivering excellent customer service to residents, contractors and colleagues. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards throughout the community and will play an important role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the site.
