We are currently recruiting for an experienced leader to join our team at Tarmacs Cement Plant in Dunbar, Scotland.
The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant by leading all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across the site. You will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for driving high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational reliability, while supporting the plants long-term strategy and performance.
As Dunbar Cement Plantoperates24 hours a day, 365 days a year, this role requires flexibility. This may include occasional night working, weekends, bank holidays, and being on call as required to ensure the safe and effective running of the plant.
