We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance, reliability, and asset performance activities at our Scottsbluff processing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations through world-class maintenance practices, strategic planning, and workforce development. 

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive reliability improvements, challenge outdated maintenance practices, enforce standards, and build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
