Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the upkeep of all plant machinery, equipment and utility services across production and warehouses, minimizing operational disruptions. You will oversee the daily activities of the maintenance department and plan, organize and direct maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Maintenance Department, planning, organising and directing maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and consultants, and the Purchase Department for procurement of spare parts, new machinery and facility upgrades.
• Propose and implement improvements arising from time‑to‑time changes and requirements for the current setup.
• Collaborate with external contractors and consultants on project jobs.
• Inspect the fire protection system of the entire facility at regular intervals and establish preventive maintenance plans.
