Maintenance Officer

Our client is looking for an experienced is looking for a Maintenance Officer

Min HNC or HND in “Building Studies” OR 10yr experience. Will be going out to dilapidated scenes, taking pics and coming back to right a condition report.

Must know:

H&S Legislation on a basic level (eg What is the H&S Act at work and when did it come in?)

Schedule of Condition – do they know what this means?

Surveying techniques – how do you under take a survey.

Good computer skills – develop spreadsheet ad right schedule of conditions.

On site and office based – to utilise support of administration team

Must be driver to get to sites

Will be provided with camera

37 hours per week

6 months
