Maintenance Operative Location: Stanmore HA7 Hours: 40 per week, 8am5pm Rate: £18.00 per hour (CIS self-employed, personal UTR) Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative looking to join a dynamic team where your skills will make a genuine difference? Were looking for a proactive, skilled Maintenance Operative to help deliver excellent service standards across our contract. What will you deliver? You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of fabric assets, with some limited engineering-related tasks. All work must be completed safely, efficiently and on time.
