Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and discreet Maintenance Operative to oversee the upkeep, presentation, and day‑to‑day maintenance of two substantial Grade II listed Georgian private residences in South London.

Working closely with the Property Manager and Principal’s Private Office, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining these fully occupied homes to exceptional standards while ensuring the smooth running of the properties and respecting the privacy of residents.

Clapham, South London (SW4)

Salary

£50,000+ DOE, please present your salary expectation

Working Hours

Full‑time position. Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Flexibility required for occasional emergency call‑outs and busy periods.
