Hours:  7.00am – 2.30pm, 35 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Salary:  £13.50 per hour 
Overview We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Operative to join a busy student accommodation site in Exeter. This is a temporary role offering an immediate start through to mid/end August, supporting the smooth operation, presentation and maintenance of the property during a busy summer period. 
The successful candidate will help ensure the building remains safe, well‑maintained and ready to provide an excellent experience for residents and visitors. 
Key Duties & Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across the property
