XM Recruit are currently looking for a maintenance operative to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team on a long term cover situation however likelihood is for a permanent role at the end of 3 months.
* Location - Wellingborough
* Salary – £14.01 / hour
* Hours - 6am to 3pm - Monday to Friday (Can be flexed for childcare etc)
* Contract length - 6 months (possibility of permanent)
* Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift (1.25x rate for Sunday)
* Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x
* Company Van and Tools & Uniform provided
As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to
* General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
* This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
