Maintenance & Projects Manager

Summary:

To ensure the reliability, availability and safety of plant assets (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, buildings and services) through the correct implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, compliance with ISO 9001, 5S standards, Comprehensive Responsibility and Mechanical Integrity, as well as the efficient management of resources, personnel and projects, contributing to operational continuity, product quality and the safety of people.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Maintenance, Projects, and Services departments, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the reliability of production processes.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality to identify and control equipment and instruments that impact product quality, maintaining up-to-date lists of critical equipment (CEE).
