Maintenance & Projects Manager

Summary:To ensure the reliability, availability and safety of plant assets (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, buildings and services) through the correct implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, compliance with ISO ****, 5 S standards, Comprehensive Responsibility and Mechanical Integrity, as well as the efficient management of resources, personnel and projects, contributing to operational continuity, product quality and the safety of people.Main responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Maintenance, Projects, and Services departments, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the reliability of production processes.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality to identify and control equipment and instruments that impact product quality, maintaining up-to-date lists of critical equipment (CEE).
