Responsibilities
Overseeing electrical & mechanical online maintenance of HCM, utilities, and mucilage preparation equipment to deliver desired efficiency and up-time 
Planning and implementing cost control initiatives for daily and regular consumables, spares, and energy to achieve Engineering budget with energy, stores & spares (engineering).
Implementing online projects for various ongoing improvements of systems & processes
Coordinating with external & internal SMEs, stakeholders, and consultants for designing and implementing systems, wherever required.
Ensuring cost optimization in improvement projects with vendor development.
Planning, implementing, and supervising predictive and preventive maintenance management programs to increase the efficiency of machinery (automation).
