+ GED (Min.) (required);Associates degree (preferred / not required)
+ Refrigeration coursework / certification / formal training (preferred)
Experience:
+ Min. of 3 years work experience in refrigeration equipment & systems OR related field
+ Min. 2 years’ maintenance leadership experience / training (required)
General:
The ammonia refrigeration maintenance supervisor directs, oversees, and drives the day-to-day repairs, troubleshooting, and PM activities of the plant’s ammonia refrigeration system.
