Summary You will serve as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING Cmd SE of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Responsibilities You will be Able to Plan assignments of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a week-to-week basis to accomplish work assigned to the shop. You will be Able to carry out EEO policies and procedures to ensure all subordinates are treated equally when making decisions concerning qualifications, selections, assignments, training, promotion, details, discipline and awards. You will be Able to balance workload between subordinates by adjusting assignments as necessary to meet project deadlines. You will be Able to establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences, and plan work assignments based on general work schedules, methods, and policies set by higher-level supervisors.
