Our client produces cheese and butter for both the food industry and consumers and is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor. This maintenance position is responsible for overseeing installation, repairs, and upkeep of the company's property including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, structures, buildings, and production machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages direct reports who supervise employees in maintenance.
• Ensures safe operations through adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and procedures.
• Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
