Overview
What you’ll do: The Maintenance Department is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a skilled team of trades to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service work, supervise the execution of the maintenance work plan for the assigned shifts, address shift breakdowns and building fire safety/HVAC issues, and assist in hand-offs to the incoming shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team including (4) Industrial Mechanics, (1) Apprentice, (3) Electricians and (2) Powered Lift Truck Technicians to perform planned preventive maintenance (PM), unplanned service work, and project or overhaul work.
- Liaise with Maintenance Planners to ensure resources and materials are available; ensure plan compliance and effective hand-off of breakdowns and issues between shifts.
