Your Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with statutory, UK and EU legislation and company safety regulations/standards.Promote ADM’s Safety Culture across the maintenance department (reports and contractors).Participate in compliance initiatives and assessments.Communicate and supervise the daily maintenance schedule to reports and contractors.Manage daily planning deviation and schedule disruptors.Provide direct reports and contractors with technical support and guidance.Ensure daily maintenance activities are completed safely and to schedule.Provide feedback to the Maintenance Planners and Maintenance Superintendent.Lead, coach and develop maintenance technicians.Ensure maintenance areas achieve high cleanliness and organisational standards.Drive improvements within the maintenance areas.At all times conduct themselves in a professional manne...
