Maintenance supervisor (injection moulding)

What you bring (Essential) Trade Test: Millwright or Electrician N4 Electrical / Electro-Mechanical qualification (minimum) Proven experience in injection moulding manufacturing environments Strong hands‑on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and VSDs Minimum 5 years post‑trade maintenance experience At least 3 years’ supervisory or team‑leader experience in a manufacturing environment Strong fault‑finding ability across mechanical and electrical systems Experience working in high‑volume production environments Strong MS Excel and reporting ability Exposure to CMMS systems (SAP or similar) advantageous FMCG, packaging, or plastics manufacturing experience Strong breakdown leadership experience in fast‑paced environments Proven ability to drive root cause analysis (RCA) and downtime reduction Hands‑on “lead from the front” supervisory style What you will be doing Leading daily maintenance activities in a production environment Responding to breakdowns and restoring equipment...
