Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
Location: Gabon
Primary Responsibility:
To lead workforce and provide repair and preventative maintenance for all equipment to ensure optimal availability at the optimal cost. Maintain your Duty of Care to provide a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise specific activities may include boiler making, engine rebuilds, light vehicle and truck mechanics, auto electrical repairs and installations, general fitting and field fitting.
- Maintain a fleet of Mining/Drilling Assets and all associated equipment to ensure optimum availability.
- Train and recommend external training and supervise the team.
- Inspect and monitor work in progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
