OVERVIEW
Optimise plant performance and maintenance activities by providing effective management for a team of Maintenance Technicians and a broad range of contract staff where necessary.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the role holder, their team and contractors under their responsibility comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures

Manage the area team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that safety, quality and throughput standards and targets are achieved

Work closely with Packaging & Process Team Managers and other senior engineers ensuring the optimum prioritisation of activities to ensure plant operational and maintenance needs are met

Plan, schedule and agree daily/weekly workloads, incorporating preventative, planned and reactive activities
