Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor leads frontline mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability through effective execution of preventive, corrective, and improvement actions.
This role supervises technicians, responds to equipment breakdowns, and maintains safety and 5S standards across the maintenance workshop and site infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate Maintenance Technicians
Ensure safe work practices and high-quality execution
Corrective & Preventive Maintenance
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Oversee execution of Preventive Maintenance work orders to ensure compliance with technical standards
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement small-scale engineering improvements to enhance equipment reliability and safety
