Supervisor Maintenance: Batching Plants & Super Swingers
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of batching plants and related equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mixers, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic systems, compressors, hydraulic units and batching controls.
- Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Monitor condition of mixer assemblies, bearings, rollers, chains and drive systems.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and site operations.
- Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration and maintenance records.
- Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance manpower.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and OEM maintenance standards.
