Your mission is to ensure the successful ramp-up of the Battery Module production system within your Maintenance team.
Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance technicians across shifts. 

Responsible of proactive implementation of the BMW work organization, the VPS methods and a continuous improvement process complement your interesting area of responsibility.
