Maintenance Supervisor Technician

A local facilities management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor Technician to lead and oversee our maintenance team. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily operations.
• Perform and oversee all phases of facilities maintenance, including:
• • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing systems
  • HVAC maintenance and repairs
  • General building maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and the public.
• Serve as the primary company representative at job sites throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
