Maintenance Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will manage and coordinate a team of Service Technicians and Engineering Support Operatives, ensuring optimal productivity, equipment availability, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

You will act as the first point of escalation, driving rapid issue resolution and championing a high-performing, proactive engineering culture.
