 Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a Rotherham-based food manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.
 Salary - £50,000
 Working hours – 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off
 This is a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader role, leading a team of 3 engineers the role would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative with a can-do, enthusiastic, first-time fix attitude.
 Duties of the Maintenance Team Leader include:
 Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on the plant
 Attend breakdowns on production equipment and related plant
 Ensure maintenance schedules in line with the weekly work plan program as in CMMS is executed to 92% completion
 During plant shutdown undertake overhaul and reconditioning of plant generated through the preventative maintenance process
