Position Summary

This is a hands‑on mechanic role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Sperry’s fleet of specialized vehicles and rail‑bound equipment. Working under the guidance of experienced technicians, this position supports both shop and field operations and may take on limited supervisory responsibilities for projects or personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on field vehicles, including rail‑bound, hi‑rail, and YTV equipment
