About The Role
As a CBRE Maintenance Supervisor, you will guide the team responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Set the team goals for performance and deadlines. Ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Review Tenant work orders and PM work orders to ensure work is completed within designated time with appropriate solutions.
- Manage relevant building contracts (e.g. grease trap and kitchen hood contracts), schedule and review work performed.
- Manage, coach and supervise a portion of the First Canadian Place Maintenance Team.
