Multi-skilled Mechanic / Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Baltimore, MD
**Pay:** $34.28 per hour (union hourly rate)

**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Multi-Skilled Mechanic** for a union position in Baltimore. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and utilities. You will work with **boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, generators, cooling systems, pumps, conveyors, and industrial valves** , performing pipe-fitting, welding, machining, electrical troubleshooting, and rigging. The position is physically active, requiring work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and variable environmental conditions.
