Yourmainmission willbetoensurethegoodconditionandfunctionalityofthebuildingsthatmakeup BCC,performingdailymonitoringofequipment,objectsandcommonspacesthatmakeuptheecosystem.
Ourmainlinesofworkarefocuson:
- Preventive, corrective and predictivemaintenanceoffacilities.
- Resolutionofelectrical,plumbing,carpentry,masonryorsimilarbreakdowns.
- Installationofaudiovisualequipment.
- Relocationoffurnitureandadequacyofspacesfortheplannedactivity.
- Supervisetheexecutionoftasksofthesubcontractedmaintenanceteam.
- Cleaningoftheexteriors.
Requirements
Doyoufeelidentifiedwiththefollowingcharacteristics?
