We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Greenbelt, MD.
Morning Calm Management owns and manages approximately 8.5 million square feet of office and Industrial properties throughout the United States. The Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer is required to support all functions of building operations, for a company owned office portfolio in Greenbelt, MD, including HVAC, light plumbing and electrical repairs, contractor supervision, and operating efficiencies. The ability to multi-task, move quickly from work order to work order and thrive in a team environment is critical.
